New Partner Appointed at EQ Accountants

We are delighted to announce the well-deserved promotion of Louise Grant.

Louise Grant (38), who heads up our Healthcare team, takes up her position as Partner within the Dundee office on 1 April 2017.

Monifieth born and bred, Louise joined the firm as a graduate of Abertay University in 2003. She undertook her examinations with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), qualifying in 2006.

Our Healthcare team works with a broad cross-spectrum of organisations and individuals, ranging from dentists, GPs and nursing home operators, to vets, nurseries and pharmacies.

Mother-of-two Louise said, “Having joined the firm as a graduate 14 years ago and risen through the ranks, I have gained a significant amount of experience working with a range of clients across most areas of the firm. I like to think that I have evolved as the firm has, and am proud to have carved out my career with EQ as it has grown through the years.”

With offices in Cupar, Dundee, Forfar and Glenrothes, EQ employs over 100 staff, and now has 15 Partners. With plans to grow further and recruit into a range of positions within the months ahead, EQ’s current turnover is over £6.5M.
