EQ Taxation and Corporate Finance teams recently assisted the directors and shareholders of MFM Community Limited in selling their dental practice.

EQ were asked to participate in the negotiations during which a potential key legislative change was identified by EQ as a problem. This resulted in the deal being fully restructured to the benefit of the vendors, our clients. EQ’s specialists allowed the revised deal to be concluded without further delay and our clients are now working as associates with the purchasers. On top of securing a very attractive tax rate for the vendors, EQ also provided completion accounts and advisory support to the legal team ensuring a highly successful outcome for the owners.
