On Monday 23 March, Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced that all non-essential businesses must now close. Following Government advice, our offices are now temporarily closed but we are still here to support you.

Our systems allow us to work from home whilst ensuring all of our operations are still running and that any impact to our clients is minimised. Although our doors may be closed, our team are working remotely and are still able to answer all of our clients queries, via phone or email.

At EQ, our people are at the heart of what we do and their health and safety is paramount. We will be continuing to monitor the Government advice daily and we will adapt our plans accordingly.

Please be assured, we have the resources and flexibility to continue providing our clients with the high level of service they expect and our aim is to mitigate any disruption to the services we provide our clients throughout this ever-changing landscape.

It may not be business as usual for anyone right now but all of us here at EQ are here to help.
