The Food Processing, Marketing and Cooperation Grant Scheme Category: AgricultureFood & Drink - Posted On: May 13 2022 The next round of the annual Food Processing, Marketing and Cooperation Grant Scheme (FPMC) is now open for applications. As one of a number of funding schemes which make up the Scottish Rural Development Programme, the FPMC provides £10.2 million of grant funding to businesses (or groups of businesses) within the Scottish food & drink sector to enable them to: develop or create food processing facilities, including buildings and equipment market products in home and export markets run pilot projects and feasibility studies to run co-operative ventures to ensure more value is retained by both farmers and growers to improve supply-chain efficiency. When submitting your application, you should include: three comparable quotes for each cost evidence to demonstrate a market for your product closed accounts covering the last three financial years your latest management accounts, from the start of the current financial year to the point of application All applications and supporting documents should be submitted by midnight on 19 June 2022 and applicants will be notified of the outcome in mid August 2022, though it is possible to be notified earlier. Before applying for this scheme, you must be registered with the Rural Payments and Inspection Division and are encouraged to read the full scheme guidance.
