The Xero package is ideal for small businesses and charities with little in-house knowledge of bookeeping and/or accounting proceedures. With excellent training and back-up from EQ Accounting Services, we were quickly able to throw away the old Excel spreadsheets upon which we had relied for too long. Not only are accounting entries simple to make and reconcile, but the on-line nature of the system enables anyone authorised to access the package to do so whenever they wish to, and from wherever they may be. This is a big plus for us and enables management to keep a remote eye on things and download reports whenever needed. The additional benefit is that year end information is presented to our accountants, EQ, in a form which simplifies their year-end work and reduces overall cost.
