Technical Team Promotions: 

In recognition of their exceptional skills and dedication, we are thrilled to congratulate the following individuals on their promotions within our technical services: 

• Kelly Meiklejohn and Anna Coff have been appointed to Senior Manager. 
• Josh Lumgair, Barbara Shaw, and Angela Simpson have been appointed to Supervisor. 
• Megan Bertie and Ross Dallas have been appointed to Senior. 
• Greg Stapley has been appointed as Partner. 
• Roshannah Cox and Chris Price have been appointed to Managers. 
• Sanna Saleem has been appointed as Semi-Senior. 
• Michelle Murray has been appointed to Principal Manager. 
• Kirstin Stark has been appointed to Senior Manager. 
• Gary Dempster has been appointed to Manager. 
• Callum MacDonald and Sam Walker have been appointed to Supervisors.

Our Business Services Team plays a crucial role in supporting our diverse portfolio of clients, and we are delighted to announce the following promotions: 

• Ruth Phillips has been appointed as Assistant Manager. 
• Jane Black has been appointed as Senior Manager. 
• Hannah Hutchison, Louise Millar, and Laura Nicol have been appointed as Managers. 
• Rebecca Dalziel-Lavery and Cheryl Watson have been appointed as Assistant Managers. 
• Terri-anne Carmichael, Lucy Clark, Sarah Howe, and Chloe Leslie have been appointed as Semi-Seniors. 

Central Team Promotions: 

Within our central teams, we are proud to recognise and promote individuals who play integral roles in driving our administrative, infrastructure, IT, integration, and growth initiatives forward: 

Admin: 

• Gillian Mitchell has been appointed as Senior Manager. 
• Lynn Mitchell and Ruth Watson have been appointed as Supervisors. 

Finance + IT: 

As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen our infrastructure and ensure continued success, we are pleased to announce the promotion of: 

• Liam Cruickshank to the role of ‘Head of Internal Finance,’ effective April 1st. Liam will focus on strategic planning, budgeting, MI reporting, refining internal finance processes, technology utilization, and team expansion to support our growth plans.

• Congratulations and best wishes to Joe Massie on his appointment as Assistant Manager.
