We’re proud to share that Sam Walker, Manager at EQ, has been named as one of the Top 35 CA Rising Stars for 2026 by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS).
Selected following a global search for emerging accountancy talent, the CA Rising Stars awards recognise young Chartered Accountants who are helping to shape the future of the profession through leadership, innovation and positive impact.
Open to CAs aged 35 and under, the competition invites entrants to demonstrate how they are:
- showing ethical leadership
- driving innovation
- creating social impact beyond their core role
- championing positive change across the profession and wider business community
Nominees are recognised across four categories: Ethical Leaders, Innovators in Technology, Changemakers, and Community and Social Value.
The winners will be announced at the ICAS CA Rising Stars Awards Ceremony in London in June, with the overall winner going onto represent ICAS at the One Young World Summit in Cape Town, South Africa, in November 2026.
