Life & work at EQ.

Flexibility is part of how we work. Most of our team members work from home one day a week, and we’re happy to support different working patterns where needed – especially when it comes to family life or personal priorities. And when the work calls for it, there’s the chance to travel between offices to collaborate with colleagues face-to-face.

We also make time to come together socially and give back to our communities. Each office has a social committee organising regular events, from team days out to gin tastings and pub quizzes. There’s a strong charity focus across EQ – all staff get 14 hours of paid volunteering time each year, and we take part in events like Business Fives, combining fundraising with a bit of friendly competition.

Development is something we take seriously – for everyone. Our new EQ Development Academy supports learning at every level, and there are regular Lunch & Learns, skills workshops and training sessions built into the calendar. You’ll always be encouraged to progress, take on new challenges and shape the path that’s right for you.
