COVID-19 Discretionary Business Fund Category: COVID-19 - Posted On: Mar 16 2021 During the Scottish Budget for 2021/22, Finance Secretary Kate Forbes increased the Discretionary Business Fund to £120 million, to be distributed by local authorities across Scotland. The fund aims to help Scottish businesses who have not been eligible for previous business support grants.
