Employee Ownership Explained

Category: Taxation - Posted On: Aug 20 2020

Since its introduction in 2014, the Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) has proved to be a feasible exit option for business owners who may not want to go down the more traditional succession routes.

To help understand the process and benefits of using EOTs as a succession solution, Co-operative Development Scotland are hosting a series of webinars exploring the EOT process. These webinars are relevant for business owners looking towards succession planning or those that want to give back to their employees whilst retaining a place in the business.

The Employee Ownership Explained webinars series begins with our very own EQ Partner, Douglas Rae who has helped many of our clients throughout their journey to employee ownership. You can read more on the series and book your place at any or all of the free webinar sessions below.
