SIS Growth Challenge Category: Charities - Posted On: Sep 6 2022 SIS (Social Investment Scotland) has launched another round of the Growth Challenge to support charities and social enterprises with growth plans for 2022/2023 which require funding and would benefit from a flexible loan and grant solution. Successful applicants will have growth aspirations that need £100k+ of loan funding and be able to demonstrate how these funds will generate an increased Social Impact in their community as well as a sustainable business model. Mark Gallacher, Head of EQ Charities, commented: “Having flexible funding solutions for charities is essential, as it allows them to grow and concentrate on their charitable work without worrying about their finances. The Growth Challenge offers a bespoke investment package and eligible applicants will receive regular advice and support from an SIS Investment Manager to help make sure things go to plan.” Full details of the eligibility criteria for the loan, and terms of the investment, can be found on the SIS website. Organisations which meet the above criteria are being asked to complete the Expression of Interest (EoI) form here and send it to hello@socialinvestmentscotland.com. The deadline for submitting an EoI is close of business on Friday 23 September 2022. For support in finding the appropriate grants and loan funding available for your business, or if you have any questions regarding the SIS Growth Challenge, please contact a member of our EQ Charities team via charities@eqaccountants.co.uk or contact one of our offices.
