Every year 1 in 4 of us in Scotland will experience a mental health problem. In order to deliver care and help create positive change where it is really needed, SAMH rely on the generosity of their supporters.

To help raise awareness and vital funds for our charity of the year, SAMH, colleagues from across our offices joined 2,450 participants in the Kiltwalk Dundee this past weekend, walking 26 miles across North Fife, Dundee and Angus.

We want to say a massive thank you to our colleagues who spent their free time clocking up the miles in aid of SAMH!

We would also like to thank those who have donated and supported our fantastic participants, so far we’ve raised £1081, excluding the 50% top up thanks to the generosity of Sir Tom Hunter and The Hunter Foundation, which is an amazing amount.

If you haven’t donated but would like to, you can visit our page and add to our total here by Wednesday 31 August.

Whether you’re living with a mental health problem or supporting someone who is, accessing information about a condition is vital. If you would like more information or guidance, visit the SAMH website.
